Meet with Jeanne in-person or virtually. You will be guided through an assessment to help you understand why you do what you do, think what you think, and feel what you feel. Our sessions will help you discover your talents, gain insight into your unique personality traits and provide you with the tools to play to your strengths and be your best self. Whether you are a young adult navigating personal, academic or career choices, an individual desiring change - to get unstuck - find more meaning in life, or a professional seeking a better "fit" and performance in career, strengths discovery and development can be your next step for a solution. Group - Team Session

Unlock the full potential of your team with our Group - Team Workshop. Our program is designed to help individuals and groups work effectively by identifying their strengths and learning to work collaboratively. Nature of the groups can be business, performance/sports team, social, or family. Feel free to form your own group. What to expect:

The Strengths Discovery and Leadership Program (SDLP) celebrates the individual’s talents and nurtures strengths. SDLP helps individuals embark on a journey of discovering their special gifts and strategies for living and leading with their greatest assets. SDLP is a unique program to help each individual and the group/team build stronger people, stronger teams and a strengths-based, positive and growth-mindset culture. This program is designed to enrich and build character strengths, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and interpersonal skills. Understanding how to be the best one can be and how to best contribute to the group/team are essential goals.

  • Participants will receive a personal strengths report (assessment results) and a program workbook on the session day to work on individually and in groups.

  • This dynamic interactive session will include team-building activities, exercises, and group discussions to help participants better understand each other's strengths and work together more collaboratively.

  • The workshop typically lasts for 3 hours, but we offer flexible timing to suit your needs.
